All of TFA’s clients’ system software and many of their hardware upgrades are pregenerated and tested at our facilities, which saves your staff valuable time and minimizes the disruption to your business.
TFA provides 7 x 24 systems support. Hardware Upgrades and Maintenance Services
TFA provides Systems Engineers, available on-site on a 7 x 24 basis, for hardware maintenance and upgrades of many commonly used IBM machines. TFA’s inventory of whole machines and their integral parts enable faster upgrades or repair/replacement of Client’s equipment. Hardware maintenance coverage is provided for processors and disk or tape/cartridge systems. Whether you require a complete new system, an upgrade to your existing hardware or maintenance services, TFA is there for you.
Disaster Recovery
The TFA/FAST RECOVERY Data Center provides a safe, secure, and hardened environment for your disaster recovery needs. It is conveniently located near international airports, interstate highways, and many restaurants and hotels.
Our system of maintaining a current duplicate of each customer’s programs and data means faster tests and enhanced recovery capabilities from actual disasters. The TFA/FR center has many terabytes of usable storage available. Hundreds of MIPS of computing power provided by multiple enterprise-class processors. Communications facilities include legacy and current technologies.
The center also boasts state-of-the-art continuous power capabilities, insuring that even a local loss of power will cause no interruption in processing.
Remote Hosting
TFA provide Remote Hosting Services (TFA/RHS) for those clients who need the dependability and wide array of applications available with commercial or large systems without all of their associated costs.
TFA/RHS is currently provided to companies that range from manufacturing, to distribution, to the financial sector. Service Level Agreements are available that guarantee system availability of up to five 9′s. In other words, their system will be available when they need it 99.999% of the time.
